No username, no public profile, nothing for a stranger to find. This is a set of controls, not a place to be seen.

Your name, avatar and this line are visible to your connections and to nobody else. There is no longer bio, because there is no profile to fill.

Used to sign you in and to send you outcomes. It is never profile data, never searchable, and never shown to another participant.

There is no password to lose. We email you a link, and that's the whole mechanism.

Changing a calendar, a visibility setting, your recovery address or deleting the account asks you to confirm by email first — the things worth stealing are the things behind a second step.

A second account from the same provider

Plus

Every calendar inside an account you've connected is free, as many as you like. A second Google alongside your first is part of Plus — a different provider is always free.

No privacy control is ever behind the paywall, and never will be. This is about how much we sync, not what we protect.

There's one I can't connect

Plenty of employers block third-party apps. Tell us roughly when work has you and we'll keep plans out of those hours. It costs no privacy at all.

Free is not the same as willing. This is where you say what a good evening actually looks like — and none of it is visible to anyone else.

Friends

A permissions screen, not a social profile. You can see who you're connected to and what each of them may do — never their availability, never their friends, never their crews.

Only accounts can be friends. Everyone else you invite by email, per plan, and they're never added to anything.

There's no directory and no search by name. A connection starts with a link one of you chose to send.

Crews

Your own shortcuts for cueing several people at once.

Silent and unilateral: nobody is notified, and members never learn a crew exists. Nobody can tell whether they were invited by name or as part of one.

A plain list of the plans your availability has been used for, and when. Useful on its own, and honest about what it isn't: a full record of every calculation.

Your data

Everything we hold about you, in a file you can read. Or none of it, if you'd rather.

Deleting revokes every calendar token immediately, drops your busy intervals and your answers, and removes you from open rounds. Plans you organised pass to nobody — they're cancelled, and the others are told plainly.
