The round is sealed

The three best dates lead, and every other date that works is frozen alongside them — anyone can open the full list while the round runs. What doesn't exist yet is a tally: not one hidden from you, but genuinely none. A count that exists is a count that can leak, so we don't compute one.

{{ r.when }} sealed

The same list every participant can see and answer right now — you get no more of it than they do. Sealed means sealed for everyone, including you.

You answered on Monday, like everyone else. The owner votes before the reveal — otherwise you'd be deciding with information nobody else had.

It would also close on its own at the deadline. Silence never holds a group hostage.

Your call.

The three that fit best, with every other date that works underneath — the same list everyone could answer. Counts only — never who is in which group, and never what anyone had in the way. Perfect but costs two people some rearranging, against fine and costs nobody anything: that's a human judgement, so it's yours.

Every other date in the window that works. Everyone could answer these while the round was open — fewer people did, so these carry more blanks. A blank is no opinion, which is not a no.

Neither blank is a refusal. Both sit in the circle's grey, and the numbers name which is which.

Since answering, one person has picked up a new conflict on Saturday. We won't say who, and their answer still stands — only they can change it. But locking into a clash we already knew about is the fastest way to lose your trust in this, so you get told.

Two people said they'd move something for Thursday. If you pick it, they're told — inside the message everyone gets. Whether they actually move it is between them and their calendar. Neither of them will ever appear in a list of who compromised.

Nothing on the list works for all seven.

We won't hand you “no results”. Here's the best that exists, the nearest thing that would work, and three ways out.

Six more dates work for five or six of you — they're under show all dates, and any of them can be locked.

Three rounds is the ceiling. Past that a plan is dead, and saying so beats grinding seven people down.

Attendance is public inside a plan now, and always was going to be — you'll see each other at dinner. What stayed private is everybody's calendar.

See you there
