Notification 1 of 2

This is the whole thing, for most people.

The answer lives in the notification. No app to open, no account to remember, nothing to scroll. Priya's entire month of Cuelendar is this screen and one more.

Mara wants to get seven of you to dinner

Sat 14 Sep looks free for you. Two other dates are on the list.

Quiet hours respected. One reminder at most, then the outcome.

Why one date and not a blanket yes

Her roster is connected, so Cuelendar knows Saturday is clear and the other two aren't. The one-tap path is the date we can see you're free for — never “all of them”, because agreeing to dates the system knows you can't make is the opposite of what this is for.

Dinner, sometime, please

Answer as many or as few as you like. Anything you leave blank counts as no opinion — not a no.

Every other evening that works. Answer as many or as few as you like — the top three are just the ones that fit best.

Saying can't to everything keeps you in — the group carries on looking for something that suits you. Stepping out entirely is the other button, and it stops anyone waiting on you.

Only you are seeing this

Thu 12 Sep, 19:00 — this one would fit perfectly.

Everyone else can make it.

{{ conflictLine }}

Only say yes if you can actually move it.

Declining is one tap and there is no second ask. Nobody learns that you were asked, and nobody ever learns what was in the way — the group's result reads “works for everyone — 2 would move something” and stops there.

Demo With event names switched on for this calendar

Names are off by default and set per calendar. Turn them on for one of your own and this screen can tell you what is in the way instead of only that something is.

Step out of this one?

You'll be out of the plan entirely: nobody waits for your answer, and no date is optimised around you. You can come back any time before it's locked.

The other six see only that the number of outstanding answers went down. No name, no notification, no note.

Only Mara reads this. It never reaches the other participants, never goes into any count, and it's deleted with the plan. Nobody owes anyone an explanation for not coming to a dinner.

You're out, and the round has stopped waiting.

Mara got one notification with your note. If dropping out opens up a date that now works for everyone left, the others will simply see it appear — never why.

Notification 2 of 2 — the last one

And that's the good one.

Two notifications, one tap, no app opened. This is the moment the product exists for, so nothing else is allowed to dilute it.
