If it has to change
Moving a locked plan starts a new round on a fresh window — it doesn't quietly rewrite the date in seven calendars. Cancelling tells everyone in plain words and removes the entry from the Cuelendar calendar we created, and from nothing else.
All seven would get one message saying the dinner is off — no hedging, no “we'll try again soon”. If it comes back, it comes back as a new Cue.
